3. Email Marketing Copy Generation
This is the easiest one to start with, and because new things are scary and unknown, most folks don't try.
Let's say you're a new restaurant rolling out a new menu featuring all-new brunch items; here are some example prompts.
Prompt: Act as an email marketing expert and create marketing copy for an email marketing campaign for an edgy downtown restaurant specializing in boozy brunches promoting the following new items on their menu.
The Hangover Redemption: This dish plays with a twist on the classic breakfast sandwich. It features two fried eggs, bacon, sausage, and cheese on a toasted bagel, all smothered in a delicious and creamy hollandaise sauce. But the real kicker is the addition of a side of bacon-flavored vodka so that you can wash down your hangover with a bit of the hair of the dog.
The Bloody Mary Bar: This is a must-have for any boozy brunch. Guests can choose from various garnishes, including bacon, shrimp, pickles, olives, and a Slim Jim. And, of course, no Bloody Mary is complete without a healthy pour of vodka.
The Bottomless Mimosas: This is a classic boozy brunch staple. Guests can enjoy unlimited mimosas made with champagne and orange juice during their meal.

4. Social Media Copy Generation
Keeping with our boozy brunch stop theme, here is a final example based on what we've created. Once you have your full body of marketing copy, use that copy with this prompt:
Prompt: Act as a social media manager and create three social posts for [choose your platform] based on the text below; use emojis and a witty tone.
5. Product Descriptions
If you sell products online, you will need product descriptions that evoke the emotion to purchase. Using similar methods, you can work and re-work copy to describe your product effectively.
Prompt: Act as an e-commerce expert and create a competing product description for a new jacket in a new line of apparel my company is releasing. Use these key points in the description:
The material is all-American cotton
The design is modern and minimalist
The zipper is a unique design, allowing easy on-and-off wear
It has two standard pockets and a hidden pocket on the inside breast pocket for storing fun stuff
It is available in three trendy colors
It's suitable for all seasons; our hoodie is perfect for lounging at home, running errands, or even light outdoor activities.
Viewing this type of AI as a tool, not a replacement for human thinking, is essential. It's important to take what AI spits out and make it your own, using your own (or your brand's) voice. AI is not a replacement but a potent add-on to what you already know how to do. Consider it your private writing room that never has writer's block.
Use it as a carpenter would when coming across a sharper saw. Measure twice, and cut once.
Give it a try, and let me know how it works!
